Hi, I’m Katie Dudley, Integrative Health Coach

I became a health coach before it was even a thing, and I bring 20 years of experience to all facets of your health 


I'm also a mom of 3 (with a neurodivergent child), a military spouse, a nature lover, and a music fanatic.

That “mom of 3” deal? It’s no joke. Sure, it’s rewarding in all the best ways. But it’s also physically and mentally draining, like all you moms know.

So, I get it when you tell me your health has been pushed to #48 on your to-do list. You have all the best intentions to prioritize your wellbeing, but then…. LIFE.

My Story

Rewind to the Early 2000s

The era of tube tops, layered tanks, & super low-rise jeans.

In 2005, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. And yes, I actively participated in the questionable fashion trends. 

I entered the health & fitness space as a certified personal trainer, completing over 10,000 sessions in 7 years. I coached clients of all ages and backgrounds on exercise, nutrition, and more.

What Training Thousands of Women Taught Me

Even “perfect” diets and workouts often fail because they don’t address deeper root causes, self-care, and distorted relationships with food. 

As a health coach for moms, I see fear, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome hold people back in surprising ways. Then there’s “Human Giver Syndrome”—aka, feeling obligated to put the needs of others before your own. The fallout: emotional exhaustion and burnout.
