Integrative health is a whole-person, science-backed approach to wellness. It looks at your body and mind together. It also blends the best of traditional medicine with natural support like nutrition, movement, and stress management.

Instead of just treating symptoms, I discover the why behind them. We get to the root of what’s really going on beneath the surface, so you can feel balanced and energized from the inside out.

Depending on your needs, you can sign on for 3, 6, or 12 months. Whichever package you choose, you’ll have my dedicated support to guide you and cheer you on.

Many clients experience powerful mindset shifts (sometimes on our very 1st call!) but typically starting around 2 weeks. Physical results aren’t instantaneous, but typically start around 4 weeks. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you can see results when you invest in your health.

Quick fixes or rigid rules don’t work (and aren’t sustainable) for most women. I create wellness plans that fit your life and feel fun (yes, fun!). And because we’re changing ingrained beliefs and behaviors, the results are long-lasting.

I don’t accept insurance, but many clients use HSA/FSA funds. You’re welcome to check with your provider to see if my services are covered.
